🔒 Critical Security Guarantee: Rotrixo does not maintain central servers that store, route, or proxy your Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Apify, or Pixabay API keys.

All video generation pipelines operate entirely within your local execution environment or private Streamlit container. Your credentials reside in your private .env file on your own machine. When your engine runs, calls travel directly from your hardware to model providers using TLS encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

Our operations interact with trusted third-party service providers that maintain stringent data protection standards:

  • Netlify: Hosts our static web infrastructure and securely receives encrypted contact form submissions.
  • Upwork: Processes secure Direct Contract payments and escrow protection.
  • Google Gemini API: Foundation LLM API used directly by your engine for hook generation.
  • ElevenLabs: Audio AI model used directly by your engine for voice synthesis.
  • Apify & Pixabay: Scrapers and video APIs queried for trend benchmarking and stock footage.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Rotrixo does not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising cookies (such as Facebook Pixel or programmatic ad retargeters). Minimal session storage may be used purely for essential user interface states (e.g. remembering navigation preferences).

6. Data Security & Retention

All web traffic across rotrixo.com is enforced via HTTPS using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. We retain submitted inquiry communications only for as long as necessary to fulfill business interactions, support client systems, or meet accounting obligations.
